Do you have a vision but are unsure where to start? Caldan Constructions offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your ideas and how we can assist in bringing them to life. We will visit your house and see the space you want to transform. Our experienced team will provide suggestions and advice on what can be done, as well as, a range of different options available. We will then work with you on an obligation free quote including detailed specifications and pricing, all free of charge!

At Caldan Constructions, we make sure to understand your needs and expectations before creating a contract. This ensures our price has considered all the elements of your build to avoid post-contract variations. We are proudly detailed orientated professionals who will research a range of different options and tailor the agreement to your specific requirements. The Caldan Constructions team can answer any questions you may have, ensuring you stay well informed during the entire proposal and contract process. At Caldan Constructions, we always make sure to have all your high quality materials delivered on time before project commencement for reduced delays and increased efficiency. We quote an allowance for fixtures and fittings to ensure amazing results and finishes are achieved from your preferred and selected designs. We proudly offer wholesale prices for all our clients and work closely with our suppliers on your next project to offer the industry’s best, relevant and ‘on trend’ advice. Once we have all of the materials required, our team will start to make your vision come to life! Caldan Constructions manage every step of the process from getting building approvals, organising the different tradesmen to cleaning up afterwards. Our team will keep you informed throughout the whole process and are always available to answer your questions or queries. We strive to make each project seamless and stress-free.
