We will be in touch to confirm the project scope and your needs. We will also organise a time for one of our team members to visit you in person and to conduct a site visit.
We conduct our detailed site visit, taking any notes of site measurements and assessing the extent of the damage. If required, we will arrange with your insurer any specialist reports completed to confirm cause of damage, emergency make safes if your home is not safe, or temporary accommodation if we think your home is not habitable.
We communicate with the insurer and submit our detailed report and scope of works.
After we gain approval to proceed from the insurer, we will send you a contract to complete. Once confirmed, we will order materials and schedule in a time to complete the repairs.
